A progressive political organization in Pennsylvania seeks an Election Captains Organizer to enhance community-driven electoral engagement. Responsibilities include supporting Election Captains through regular communication, tracking canvassing activities, and organizing trainings. Ideal candidates will have experience in community organizing and strong interpersonal skills. This hybrid role requires in-person work approximately 1-3 days a week. Compensation ranges from $26 to $36 per hour, based on experience.
