LPN (PRN Licensed Practical Nurse) – Philadelphia, PA

The LPN will be working in a Long‑Term Structured Residence (LTSR) facility, with individuals with a mental illness.

• Administer medications
• Monitor vital signs
• Assess for physical illnesses
• Educate residents on healthy living and medication use
• Oversee the medical health and safety of individuals living in Philadelphia residential sites.

This community-based position requires use of your own vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
