$110k - $125k annually

Same Day Pay!

• Provide leadership to the Resident Care Department in compliance with current state and company regulations, policies and procedures, including planning, assessments, directing, budgeting, staffing, and hands-on care.
• Ensure the care needs of all Residents are met and maintained according to physician orders, state regulations, and company standards.
• Maintain and optimize staffing levels and shift schedules to operate at the highest level of efficiency and quality of care.

• Graduate of an accredited nursing school with a current RN license in good standing.
• Four (4) or more years of Senior Living/Assisted Living/Long-term/Skilled Care experience in a supervisory capacity.
