As a Registered Nurse Unit Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our unit, ensuring exceptional patient care, and fostering a collaborative environment among our nursing staff.

• Assist patients with examinations and/or questions, providing personalized attention and care
• Implement and interpret organizational policies, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
• Attend daily clinical meetings with the nurse management team to discuss patient care and progress
• Supervise and mentor nursing staff, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality care
• Ensure accurate and thorough documentation of patient information
• Participate in care plan development with the clinical team to ensure patient-centered care
