Responsibilities Include:
- Lead with
compassion
by providing top-notch nursing care to our residents, ensuring their health and happiness. - Collaborate with our dynamic healthcare team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
- Conduct health assessments, administer medications, and monitor residents’ conditions with utmost care.
- Build
lasting relationships
with residents and their families, fostering a nurturing and supportive environment. - Participate in

Qualifications:
- A valid
RN license in New Jersey - Experience in Acute care LTC or similar settings required
- Current/active CPR certification is preferred
- Effective verbal and written English communication skills
- Highest level of professionalism with the ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to communicate at all levels of organization and work well within a team environment in support of company objectives
- Customer service-oriented with the ability to work well under pressure
This position requires rotating weekends (on/off schedule). All Per Diem staff must commit to working at least one full weekend per month (both Saturday and Sunday).
Accela Post Acute Care at Hamilton is a 55-bed post-acute care center located on the campus of RWJ University Hospital-Hamilton.
