Hibbett Sports -  - Responsibilities:
Assist the Store Manager in selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling to accomplish departmental and store goals;
Supervises employees in the absence of the Store Manager and participates in interviewing, training, and evaluating staff;
Provide knowledge and guidance to employees and customers in all departments to ensure quality customer service;
Protect company assets and financial information by ensuring internal controls and reporting potential fraud to management;
Perform general administrative duties and support Store Manager responsibilities as needed
