Price Rite - - Responsibilities:
Direct, develop and manage store staff to protect company assets, maintain store conditions and presentation, maximizing sales and gross profits;
Ensure sanitation, merchandising, payroll, required record keeping and compliance of Company, State and Federal policies, rules, procedures, regulations and laws;
Supervise and provide leadership to 30-70 team members in the store; interview, hire and train associates; plan, assign and direct work; appraise performance; address complaints;
Maintain store conditions per company standards and ensure sanitation and safety compliance;
Maximize store sales and profitability and promote a team culture that is engaged and productive
