Health Care Recruiters International is recruiting for a Vice President of Sales for Home Health to lead and drive sales growth and market expansion across a designated region. This strategic leadership role reports into senior executive management, collaborating closely with clinical operations, business development, marketing, and referral relations.
Territory
:
Will cover multi-state regions and multiple sites; states are Pennsylvania, Virginia, and Massachusetts.
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue, volume, and profitability targets.
- Cultivate relationships with referral sources, healthcare systems, physician groups, payers, and other stakeholders.
- Be the face of the national home healthcare provider in client presentations, conferences, and community/sales events.
- Monitor and analyze key metrics, pipeline health, and market feedback.
- Lead sales teams across multiple branches, coaching, training, and motivating to achieve performance targets.
- Coordinate with clinical leadership to align service excellence and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Oversee territory expansion, market segmentation, and competitive intelligence.
- Lead and mentor regional sales leaders.
- Bachelor’s degree required;
Master’s or advanced degree preferred - 8+ years of progressive healthcare sales or business development experience; minimum 5+ years in people leadership roles (e.g. regional management)
- Deep understanding of home health, and post-acute care sectors
- Proven experience building and leading high-performing sales teams
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Analytical thinker with strong financial acumen
- Willing and able to travel throughout assigned region (often up to ~75% of time)
