Health Care Recruiters International is recruiting for a Vice President of Sales for Home Health to lead and drive sales growth and market expansion across a designated region. This strategic leadership role reports into senior executive management, collaborating closely with clinical operations, business development, marketing, and referral relations.

Territory
:
Will cover multi-state regions and multiple sites; states are Pennsylvania, Virginia, and Massachusetts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute regional sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue, volume, and profitability targets.
  • Cultivate relationships with referral sources, healthcare systems, physician groups, payers, and other stakeholders.
  • Be the face of the national home healthcare provider in client presentations, conferences, and community/sales events.
  • Monitor and analyze key metrics, pipeline health, and market feedback.
  • Lead sales teams across multiple branches, coaching, training, and motivating to achieve performance targets.
  • Coordinate with clinical leadership to align service excellence and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Oversee territory expansion, market segmentation, and competitive intelligence.
  • Lead and mentor regional sales leaders.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required;
    Master’s or advanced degree preferred
  • 8+ years of progressive healthcare sales or business development experience; minimum 5+ years in people leadership roles (e.g. regional management)
  • Deep understanding of home health, and post-acute care sectors
  • Proven experience building and leading high-performing sales teams
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Analytical thinker with strong financial acumen
  • Willing and able to travel throughout assigned region (often up to ~75% of time)
