Responsibilities
  • Develop sales plans to efficiently manage accounts within an assigned territory
  • Proactively prospect, identify, qualify, and develop a robust sales pipeline with minimal supervision
  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals
  • Build and maintain close relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders
  • Understand market trends and interpret data relevant to company initiatives
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experience with a focus on new logo acquisition
  • Experience working in the Architecture, Construction, or Engineering field
  • Proven track record of over achievement in sales performance
  • Ability to drive consistent activity and pipeline development
  • Experience in determining customer requirements and presenting appropriate solutions
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a sales role within a technology or cloud services company
  • Recognition such as President's Club or Rep of the Year for outstanding sales performance
  • Familiarity with value selling approaches in a B2B context
  • Strong understanding of industry trends and competitive landscape
