Our executive search firm has been retained by a successful international manufacturer breaking into the bingo and charitable gaming industry in the US.
OverviewThe General Manager, Sales will be responsible for identifying and developing new B2B and direct-to-club sales of bingo paper and accessories across the assigned territory. The position reports directly to the President.
Responsibilities- Build and grow existing customer and club accounts
- Communicate effectively with customers, both verbally and in writing
- Conduct customer meetings and site visits to maximize conversions
- Prepare, negotiate, and close sales contracts and agreements
- Monitor accounts to ensure smooth order execution and ongoing support
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales and customer records
- Build and manage a strong, sustainable sales pipeline
- Price products within approved margins to drive profitability and regional growth
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- At least five years of sales experience in bingo paper and accessories, and customer relationship management
- Strong industry experience in bingo, charitable gaming, or closely related regulated industries
- Working knowledge of applicable gaming regulations
- Valid US driving license with willingness to travel
