- Develop and execute Strategic Account Management Plans (SAMPs), including opportunity funnels and growth initiatives

- Build and sustain multi-level executive relationships within customer organizations
- Provide executive-level account updates, business reviews, and forecasts
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or equivalent required
- Minimum of 10+ years of commercial and/or technical sales experience; marketing experience preferred
- Proven solution-selling and executive communication skills
- Strong strategic planning, negotiation, and analytical capabilities
- Willingness to travel up to 50%, including international travel
- Experience in a global, matrixed organization
- Familiarity with Challenger Sales methodology
- Background in automation and motion control industries
- Knowledge of competitive landscape and market trends
- Experience in building and maintaining customer relationships at an executive level
