Provide customer service to guests and site team-members by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including disputes, medical calls, and reports of theft and/or property damage.;
Conduct regular and random patrols to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.;
Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas, observing for suspicious behavior and reporting concerns to site leadership and/or local law enforcement as directed by post orders.;
Complete required shift documentation such as incident reports, patrol logs, and customer interactions, and communicate status updates to Allied Universal supervision and/or on-site management.
