Security Officer Shopping Center Day Shift

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a retail distribution location;
Monitor access control points, verify credentials, manage visitor entry and exit, and document deliveries, vendors, and/or other authorized personnel entering the location;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns according to site protocols and communicating with site contacts as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, observing access points, loading areas, and other assigned spaces to help identify unusual activity;
Complete required reports and logs related to access activity, incidents, and/or daily operations while maintaining professional communication with employees, visitors, and drivers
