Provide customer service to associates, vendors, drivers, and visitors by carrying out access-control procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and delivery documentation, manage visitor and contractor access, and maintain accurate access-related records;
Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures;
Conduct regular and random patrols of distribution areas, entrances, parking areas, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized access and identify security-related concerns;
Communicate professionally with site personnel and Allied Universal leadership regarding incidents, unusual activity, and policy violations
