** Candidates must possess a valid Act 235 certification, which includes successful completion of a training program approved by the Pennsylvania Commission on Crime and Delinquency (PCCD). This certification is mandatory for individuals seeking employment in security-related roles.

** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.

+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.

+ Conduct regular and random armed patrols around the business and perimeter to help identify and report unusual activity or potential concerns.

+ Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location in accordance with site-specific procedures.

+ Document incidents, observations, and patrol activity, and communicate relevant information to appropriate personnel.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + Possess an Act 235 qualification in Pennsylvania.

+ Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Participate in industry-specific security-related training programs.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
