* 1.  
** Security Experience (C112)*
* 2. Minimum of 6 months of relevant security experience is required. This includes experience in monitoring, patrolling, and ensuring the safety and security of premises and personnel.

** Access Control/Badge Experience (B201)*
* 4. Candidates should have experience with access control systems and badge management. Familiarity with issuing, tracking, and managing access credentials is essential.

5.  
** Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet (B204)*
* 6. Proficiency in using computers or tablets is necessary. Candidates should be comfortable navigating software applications, managing digital communications, and utilizing technology for reporting and documentation.

7.  
** Customer Service Experience (B219)*
* 8. A background in customer service is required. Candidates must demonstrate strong interpersonal skills, the ability to handle inquiries and complaints, and a commitment to providing excellent service to clients and colleagues.

** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.

+ Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of the facility, parking areas, entrances, ATM locations, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and report security-related concerns.

+ Monitor access points and observe visitor, employee, and contractor activity in accordance with site procedures.

+ Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate personnel and/or emergency responders as directed by site procedures.

+ Complete required activity reports, incident documentation, and shift logs accurately and promptly.

* Minimum Requirements:

* + At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Access control and badge experience is preferred.

+ Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
