** Access Control/Badge Experience (B201)
** Candidates should have prior experience with access control systems and badge management. This includes familiarity with issuing, tracking, and managing access badges for employees and visitors.

** Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet (B204)
** Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in using computers or tablets for daily tasks. This includes navigating software applications, managing emails, and utilizing digital communication tools effectively.

** Customer Service Experience (B219)
** A minimum of [insert required years] years of customer service experience is required. Candidates should possess strong communication skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries and issues professionally.

** Security Experience - 6+ Months (C112)

** What You'll Do:*
* + Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when appropriate.

+ Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of banking areas, entrances, parking areas, ATM locations, and the surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity.

+ Monitor access points and observe visitor and employee activity, following site procedures for identification, entry, and restricted-area access.

+ Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, and notify appropriate personnel according to site procedures.

+ Document patrols, incidents, and unusual activity accurately in required reports and logs.

* + At least 6 months of security-related experience is required.

+ Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

+ Customer service experience is preferred.

+ Access control and badge experience is preferred.

+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
