Facilities Technician

Greentree, PA | Full-Time | Mon–Fri, 7 AM–3:30 PM

NAI Burns Scalo is growing—and we’re looking for a hands-on, solutions-driven Facilities Technician to support commercial buildings within 20 minutes radius of our Greentree office.

What You’ll Do

• Repair and maintain facilities according to safety and preventive maintenance standards by representing NAI Burns Scalo in a professional and courteous manner.
• Respond to maintenance requests within 24 hours
• Handle light electrical, plumbing, and carpentry repairs
• Conduct regular inspections & identify preventative maintenance needs
• Coordinate with vendors (janitorial, HVAC, snow removal, etc.)
• Ensure all work is completed safely and to our high standards

Requirements

What You Bring

• 4+ years of maintenance experience (commercial preferred)
• Working knowledge of building systems and repairs
• High school diploma or GED required; tech certifications a plus
• OSHA 10 certification; preferred.
• Flexibility for occasional evenings/weekends
