Position Summary

We are seeking a full-time, on-site Laborer to join our growing team. The Laborer will assist in a variety of demolition activities, supporting projects from start to finish. This position involves hands-on work using power tools, handling materials, and helping maintain a safe and organized job site. No prior experience is required—just a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Work Hours

• Weekend availability may be required

Responsibilities

• Assist in demolition tasks and material removal
• Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
• Set up and dismantle temporary structures as needed
• Follow company safety protocols and report potential hazards
• Work as part of a team to complete projects on time

• Cordless Screw Gun

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

Diplomat provides gloves, eyewear, and a hardhat.

Qualifications

• Required experience:
  
  None
• Preferred experience:
  
  General construction, masonry, or carpentry
• Preferred equipment experience:
  Skid steer, excavator, forklift, and aerial lifts
• Required certification: OSHA 10 (can be completed online within the first month of hire)
• Preferred certification: OSHA 30
• Drivers License and reliable transportation to and from job sites
