Turner Mining Group is seeking a Paving Screed Operator based in Bowmansville, PA to operate the screed on an asphalt paving machine, ensuring a smooth, even surface that meets project specifications. You will read project plans and grade stakes, coordinate with the crew, and maintain a safe work environment.
The role requires 2+ years on paving equipment, the ability to work outdoors in varying weather, and a valid driver’s license (CDL preferred but not required).
