- Seal coating to join our team in Harrisburg, PA.

This position offers a competitive hourly wage of $32 – $35 per hour, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package. Our company is recognized for its longstanding commitment to quality and reliability.

Crew Leader
- Seal coating

Responsibilities include:

• Running daily job sites and directing crew members throughout the day
• Communicating the daily work plan, schedule, and expectations to your crew
• Operating non-CDL truck with spray bar and pavement maintenance equipment
• Performing crack filling using hot rubber equipment (Crafco)
• Ensuring jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to company quality standards
• Overseeing equipment use, job site setup, and crew safety practices
• Communicating with the office regarding job progress, material needs, and scheduling
• Interacting professionally with customers or site managers when necessary
• Assisting with field measurements, job planning, and estimating
• Training and guiding crew members to help them improve their skills
• Maintaining trucks, equipment, and materials

If you can do this and meet the following requirements, you might be a perfect fit!

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Experience in seal coating or pavement maintenance
• Comfortable running a small crew and directing daily work activities
• Ability to communicate clearly with crew members, customers, and the office
• Punctual, shows up daily, and follows the schedule well
• Responsible for equipment, job site safety, and quality of work
• Dependable, hardworking, and takes pride in producing high-quality work
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and is comfortable working outdoors in summer heat

Experience operating seal coating equipment, crack fill kettles, and cleaning equipment is strongly preferred. Leadership experience running construction or asphalt crews is highly valued as well.
