Perform preventive maintenance on mainline equipment that supports shearing, forging, heat treating, and assembly processes to minimize downtime and extend equipment life;
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems on shears, punch presses, furnaces, conveyors, and other production equipment;
Read and interpret mechanical drawings, blueprints, and electrical schematics to diagnose issues and plan repairs or modifications;
Maintain and repair facility systems including overhead doors, plumbing, lighting, hoists, and parts handling systems to ensure safe and reliable operation;
Diagnose and resolve issues involving DC drives, AC frequency drives, variable frequency drives (VFDs), sensors, switches, and control systems
