UPMC - - Responsibilities:
Maintain facilities mechanical systems and equipment, air conditioning, refrigeration and ventilation systems in a clean, repaired and running condition;
Inspect mechanical air conditioning, refrigeration, and ventilation equipment to identify deficiencies and malfunctions;
Perform preventive maintenance and take proactive steps to ensure equipment is properly maintained;
Complete and record work orders; submit hours to supervisor daily;
Follow infection control procedures while performing duties
