CBRE - - Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and troubleshoot relay logic, ladder diagrams, and control components for automated packing/conveyor systems;
Troubleshoot PLC programs and communications modules; maintain power distribution and electrical systems up to 480V;
Create and close work orders documenting labor, equipment, and parts used in asset management system;
Develop work plans for emergency repairs coordinating with operations and securing parts/tools;
Lead by example and align with CBRE RISE values while adhering to standardized procedures
