The Senior Warehouse Associate assists in the overall management of the warehouse operations including developing policy, procedures, and plans for the specific stocking location. This position will report directly to Distributed Products Warehouse Coordinator. Accountable for shipping, receiving, stocking, and all warehouse operations.

• Maintain a strong safety culture by enforcing OSHA compliance, warehouse safety protocols, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment to prevent accidents and handling errors.
• Oversee and participate in daily warehouse functions including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and shipping.
• Receives and unloads inbound LTL and Small Parcel shipments. Inspects shipments for damage and accuracy.
• Operates fork truck, powered pallet jack, manual pallet jack, dolly, etc., to move material throughout warehouse.
• Reads packing slips, checks accuracy against materials received, and enters information into the ERP system to account for receipt of materials.
• Conveys and puts away parts in the appropriate locations within the warehouse shelves, bins, racks in accordance with predetermined sequence such as size, type, style, color, product code, etc.
• Reads and interprets pick tickets, locates and picks parts, and distributes them within the facility or prepares them for outbound shipment as needed.
• Uses carrier websites to create shipping documents and arrange freight shipments with customers or carriers. Prepares parcel packages and LTL loads for shipment.
• Suggest procedural improvements and participate in the creation and implementation of warehouse SOPs.
• Provide coaching at the request of the Distributed Products Warehouse Coordinator to junior warehouse associates.
• Utilize ERP (Net Suite) tools to manage inventory accurately and efficiently.
• Participate in the cycle counting process; investigate discrepancies and report variances to the Distributed Products Warehouse Coordinator.
• Notify the Distributed Products Warehouse Coordinator to maintain accurate inventory levels and avoid stock outs.
• Lead daily warehouse huddles, provide real-time feedback, and foster a team-oriented environment.

• Minimum High school diploma or equivalent.
• Three (3) years of warehouse or inventory experience.
• Forklift experience required. Must pass Dearing Forklift driver training / certification.
• Ability to maintain an appropriate attendance record.
• Must have good initiative, dedication, and problem-solving skills.
• Must be available to work overtime as needed.
• Must be able to work in an industrial environment including temperature extremes of heat and cold, dust, noise, outdoor weather conditions, and wear all required personal protective equipment.
• Must be physically fit including lifting up to 50 lb., pulling, reaching, and climbing.
• Must pass a drug test and be subject to random testing.
• Demonstrates strong self-motivation and discipline by efficiently completing tasks and solving problems while working independently with minimal supervision.
• Net Suite ERP is a PLUS.
