Project Manager

The Project Manager will oversee multifamily and student housing projects, with a strong focus on wood-framed construction. Working within a collaborative design‑build environment, you will lead projects from preconstruction through closeout while ensuring schedule, budget, and quality objectives are achieved.

• Manage projects from preconstruction through final completion
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
• Lead subcontractor buyout, contract negotiations, and procurement
• Coordinate closely with in-house design teams in a design‑build delivery model
• Provide leadership to Superintendents, Project Engineers, and field teams
• Maintain strong communication with ownership groups and stakeholders
• Monitor cost control, change management, and project forecasting
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager
• Current experience working for a General Contractor preferred
• Strong background in multifamily and/or student housing projects
• Experience with wood-framed construction required
• Construction Management or equivalent degree preferred but not required
• Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and subcontractor performance
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
