We are seeking a highly skilled SAP GRC Consultant with deep expertise in SAP Security, Risk Management, and Role Management. The ideal candidate will drive SAP security initiatives, lead implementations, and support continuous improvements across our SAP landscape.

Lead the design, development, and deployment of SAP security solutions across ECC, HANA, Fiori, and GRC.

Manage complete role configuration, implementation, and rollout activities.

Perform SAP GRC Risk Management tasks, including SoD analysis and SAP ECC user security management.

Oversee role management, user provisioning, and authorization security processes.

Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and provide strategic guidance to senior leadership.

Ensure project success through effective quality, scope, and timeline management.

Recommend improvements to enhance overall business and system performance.

Manage work assignments, conduct quality reviews, and support team development.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize system security and performance.

7–10 years of hands-on experience in SAP Security and GRC.

Strong expertise in SAP ECC, HANA, and Fiori Security.

Proficiency in role configuration, user provisioning, and authorization security.

Solid experience with GRC Risk Management and SoD analysis.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project coordination abilities.

Familiarity with project management, stakeholder engagement, and risk management.

Excellent communication, leadership, and team collaboration skills.

Experience with performance tuning and security best practices.

Working knowledge of SAP system audits, compliance, and governance standards.
