- Facilitate business process reengineering initiatives and workshops
- Design and deliver training materials to enhance end-user engagement with software
- Coordinate and lead User Acceptance Testing to ensure customer requirements are met
- High School diploma, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Project Management, or 3 years of experience in a Public Safety Information Technology environment
- Must be able to obtain background clearance as required by government customers
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely
- 3+ years of experience in Public Safety, Business Analysis, Field Service, CAD, or Record Management Systems
- Self-motivated team player capable of working with general guidance
- Experience with Computer Aided Dispatch or Jail Applications
- Proven track record of effective project management in a technology environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Familiarity with software deployment processes in public safety settings
