This is an entry to mid‑level position and for the right Team Member, could be the launching point to grow into a variety of roles as we are strong believers in cross training and continuously developing our team!

• On‑Site Equipment Maintenance and Repair
  • Travel to customer locations to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair RMS Roller‑Grinder equipment.
  • Execute preventive maintenance routines to ensure optimal performance and longevity of machinery.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand their unique needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Breakdown Response
  • Be the frontline responder to equipment breakdowns, ensuring minimal downtime for our valued customers.
  • Utilize your technical expertise to quickly identify and resolve issues, getting our customers back to peak production efficiency.
• Training and Consultation
  • Conduct comprehensive training sessions for customers on the operation and maintenance of RMS Roller‑Grinder equipment.
  • Share best practices, tips, and insights to enhance customers' understanding and maximize the efficiency of their machinery.
• Customer Relationship Building
  • Foster strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional service and demonstrating a commitment to their success.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, representing RMS Roller‑Grinder with professionalism and dedication.
• Documentation and Reporting
  • Maintain detailed service records, documenting all interactions, solutions implemented, and recommendations for future improvements.
  • Provide regular updates to the service team and management, contributing to the continuous improvement of our products and services.

• An Individual that has a Passion to Travel consistently; working 3-4 consecutive days a week and staying out 2-3 nights a week; with minimal weekend work that may be required.
• An Individual that is Self‑Motivated and can see & anticipate what needs to be completed and then takes appropriate action to get the job done in a quality fashion.
• An Individual that has a strong Mechanical Aptitude and a knack for taking apart and properly reassembling equipment.
• An Individual that has Diagnostic and Problem‑Solving Skills
