As we expand our operations, we are seeking a full-time Production Machine Operator to join our talented team.

• Operate machinery and hand tools in accordance with safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Conduct quality control checks to ensure the accuracy and quality of fabricated products.
• Troubleshoot and address issues with machinery or processes to minimize downtime.
• Adhere to safety protocols and industry regulations to maintain a secure working environment.
• Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and contribute to enhancing overall efficiency.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to ensure seamless workflow.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, contributing to a safe and productive manufacturing environment.
• Stay informed about industry trends and advancements to remain current in fabrication techniques.
• Take ownership of your area and demonstrate a strong desire to challenge the status quo by looking for improvements in all areas of production. Communicate effectively during daily stand-ups, weekly team meetings, and consistently complete to-dos and responsibilities you are accountable for.

• Experience in operating machinery and hand tools.
• Willingness and ability to learn how to operate fabrication machinery and tools.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control.
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to learn company safety protocols and adherence to industry regulations.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing production schedules and priorities.
• Willingness to travel, if needed, to aid the team in service work and customer support.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Vocational training or certification is a plus.
