Snow Removal Technician

The Snow Removal Technician is responsible for working independently or as a team member under the direct supervision of the Landscape Foreman. Responsible for the de-icing and clearing of snow from walks, driveways and parking lots for various commercial properties in an efficient manner, promoting job worksite safety, providing excellent customer service, and exhibits pride and quality workmanship.

• Perform snow clearing duties including plowing, salting with limited shoveling or snow blowing on all commercial properties.
• Maintain a clean and safe job site, while ensuring current landscape and property is not damaged in the efforts of removing snow.
• Maintain and care for company provided equipment, tools and vehicles.
• Proficly and safely use snow removal equipment such as shovels, plows, snow blowers, ATV's, skid loaders, vehicles with plow blades, and other power and manually operated and equipment used to perform snow removal.
• Perform highly physical work outdoors on a consistent basis in all weather conditions, specifically very cold, icy, snowy weather.
• Keep accurate timesheets records, submitted for review and signoff by the required deadlines.
• Work as part of a team and take direction.
• Address clients' questions, comments, and concerns.
• Prepare daily team performance reports including accurate clock-in and service data using tablet based tracking.

• Current and unrestricted Driver's license with a clean record.
• One year experience in this or a related field is required.
• Previous leadership experience preferred.
• Willingness to work (paid) overtime.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds to waist level and perform all other physical requirements associated with a position of this nature.
• Willing and able to work in extreme temperatures and weather conditions, every day of the week and any hour of the day.

Compensation: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
