Requirements:

• Education: High School Diploma or GED. Bachelor’s degree in Education preferred.
• Experience: None. High School or College participation in sport preferred.
• Physical Requirements: Eye‑hand, mind‑eye coordination, physical dexterity, ability to bend, stoop, walk, talk, and sit. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position.
• Other Requirements: Successful completion of First Aid for Coaches coursework or its equivalent.

• Coaches and provides direction for Middle School student athletes.
• Issues equipment and supervises the students’ care of it; inventories at end of season.
• Prepares daily practice schedule.
• Operates within District policies.
• Supervises students while in locker rooms, play areas, and remains with students while traveling.
• Provides first aid when necessary.
• Attends meetings as required.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
