POSITION OVERVIEW
Under general supervision, provides reporting, research, and administrative support for cargo shipment claims and customer service operations. Assists in investigating claim incidents, maintaining departmental records, managing data in internal systems, and supporting the resolution of customer issues in accordance with established guidelines and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS- High school diploma or GED.
- Two (2) years of clerical, administrative, customer service, or claim related experience.
- Related education may offset experience requirements.
- Ability to type and operate a personal computer and related software applications.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage data accurately and efficiently.
- Ability to handle high volume, time sensitive work.
- Good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Ability to work different shifts based on business needs.
- Ability to research information, maintain accurate records, and follow established procedures.
Pay:
Additional Details: Starting Rate of Pay: $16.65 / hour
