We are seeking an experienced Automotive Technician who is committed to high-quality workmanship, professionalism, and continuous learning. This role requires strong diagnostic abilities, especially in electrical systems, and the ability to clearly document and communicate repairs. The ideal candidate takes pride in maintaining an organized workspace and delivering reliable, accurate service.

• Minimum 5 years of automotive repair experience.
• ASE Certification preferred (not required at time of hire, but willingness to obtain certification is expected).
• Possess adequate personal tools necessary to perform repairs.
• Demonstrated proficiency in electrical diagnostics.
• Willingness to attend ongoing training (in-person and online).
• Comfortable using computers and mobile devices to access repair information, service bulletins, and complete daily operations.
• Ability to communicate clearly with coworkers and office staff.
• Ability to document repair processes thoroughly to communicate recommended and completed work to customers.
• Strong focus on quality repair work.
• Maintains cleanliness and organization in the work environment.
• Valid driver’s license required.

• $20 – $35 per hour (based on experience) plus performance incentives.
