Job SummaryPerform front‑desk and registration duties, including check‑in/out in eClinical
Works/Meditech, insurance verification (including Medicaid processes), copay collection, daily deposits, phone coverage, and general clerical support.
- Register patients; verify demographics/insurance; explain clinic policies and payment expectations.
- Collect copays; post payments; prepare daily/monthly reports and remote deposits.
- Schedule/confirm appointments; complete referrals/authorizations as needed; manage mail/scanning.
- Support phones, filing, chart prep/updates, and general customer service.
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent; accurate typing and computer skills; ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
- Business/office coursework; prior medical office experience.
