Operations Manager, Civil Engineering
Overview
POSITION OVERVIEW:
Serve as project construction representative for contractors and developers to ensure adherence to FXF prototypical drawings and specification standards.

Qualifications- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience plus five (5) years in any of the following fields: electrical, plumbing, mechanical, site civil work, or commercial carpentry experience
- Thorough understanding of architectural, engineering, Heating Ventilating and Air Conditioning (HVAC), electrical, civil and pre-engineered metal building drawings
- Comprehensive knowledge of building plans, surveys, and building trades, construction schedules, critical path, and construction process means/methods
- Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changes in methods or processes
- Strong negotiation skills, time management, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Experience and ability to use Microsoft 365 Software, including but not limited to;
Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, One Drive, Teams, Visio, and Microsoft Share Point - Ability to work independently and as a team member
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with concrete and asphalt placement and associated terminology
- Some travel required
- May require some international travel
The compensation listed reflects the pay range or rate of pay reasonably expected for this posted position at the posted location(s). Actual pay is determined by job-related factors permitted by law and relevant to the position, such as experience, tenure, market level, pay at the location for this job, performance, schedule, and work assignment.

Pay Range: $66,803.00 - $ per year
Colorado Pay Ranges:
Colorado Springs, Grand Junction $71,480 - $112,939;
Henderson, Mead $75,488 - $119,271;
Gypsum $80,165 - $126,660
Illinois Pay Ranges:
Effingham, Kankakee, Lincoln, Quincy, Rockford, Aurora $71,480 - $112,939;
