POSITION OVERVIEW
Responsible for providing solutions support for specialized networks and accounts utilizing various contact platforms such as phone, email, chat, or social media.

QUALIFICATIONS- High school diploma or GED.
- Eighteen (18) months experience in the specialty Customer Representative position.
- Extensive knowledge of Fed Ex tracking systems and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail oriented.
- Proven ability to effectively negotiate sensitive customer issues.
- Microsoft Office proficiency.
- Skill at using mental reasoning or research to gain insight into or solve problems.
- Hours may vary due to operational need.
Pay:
Starting Rate of Pay: $18.31 / hour
