Position Overview

In this role, you will often be the trusted first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with a variety of banking needs while providing personalized support and solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service by identifying customer needs and providing timely, accurate solutions.
- Assist customers with a variety of account related services, including debit card support, address updates, fund transfers, online banking assistance, and other banking inquiries.
- Build positive relationships by listening actively, demonstrating empathy, and ensuring customers feel valued and supported.
- Resolve concerns professionally and confidently, transforming challenging situations into positive customer experiences.
- Answer incoming calls promptly and direct customers to the appropriate department or team member when needed.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance while handling customer information.
- Collaborate with teammates to continuously improve service quality and operational efficiency.
- Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

- Previous banking experience is preferred but not required
