  Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience:
  
  Previous coaching experience, preferably high school or collegiate level.
• Skills:
  
  Knowledge of effective instruction, data disaggregation, and excellent people skills.
• Technology:
  Willingness to attain or possess Google Level One certification.
• Citizenship/residency/work visa required.
