Position Overview
The Senior Enterprise Risk Management Analyst supports the execution of the enterprise-wide ERM program. This role partners with the ERM Manager and cross‑functional stakeholders to identify, assess, monitor, and report on enterprise risks aligned with strategy, regulatory requirements, and public company governance expectations. The position is an individual contributor role with a strong focus on analysis, execution, and risk reporting.
The position is responsible for developing and overseeing strategy related to risk identification, management, and mitigation for an enterprise‑wide risk management program. The role is expected to manage a scalable enterprise risk management framework aligned to the company's strategy, regulatory obligations, and public‑company governance expectations. The position will also assist in the development of Board of Directors reporting and coordination of Board Committee meetings.
EssentialJob Duties /Responsibilities
- Execute enterprise risk assessments across operational, financial, regulatory, cyber, and strategic domains
- Facilitate risk identification sessions and document risks, impacts, root causes, and mitigation plans
- Maintain the enterprise risk register, taxonomy, and supporting documentation
- Track and analyze key risk indicators (KRIs) and risk trends
- Monitor execution of risk remediation actions and elevate gaps or delays
- Prepare risk dashboards, summaries, and presentation materials for executive leadership and Board committees
- Support Board and Committee meeting preparation and materials
- Coordinate with Internal Audit, SOX/ICFR, Compliance, Legal, and ESG to align risk information and avoid duplication
- Support alignment of ERM outputs with Internal Audit planning
- Assist with ERM policies, procedures, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Provide risk guidance and support to risk owners and business partners
- Support strategic projects for ERM, Internal Audit or SOX
- Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures
- Perform other duties as assigned

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Four (4) years of experience in ERM, internal audit, risk advisory, compliance, or governance roles
- Working knowledge of COSO ERM and enterprise risk assessment methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize data into clear, actionable insights
- Experience preparing executive‑level risk reporting and documentation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
- Experience in a public company or highly regulated environment
- Familiarity with Workiva or other GRC tools
- Progress toward or interest in certifications such as CIA, CRMA, CRISC, or CISA
- Extensive Travel Required
