Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) - Rehab Services

Assess, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders; complete timely documentation; educate patients/families; and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team across inpatient and outpatient settings.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans for speech, language, voice, fluency, cognitive-communication, and dysphagia.
- Perform and interpret Modified Barium Swallow studies; plan therapy based on results.
- Educate patients/families; provide staff in-services on communication/swallow issues; track outcomes/quality data.
- Document charges and clinical progress accurately; participate in performance improvement.
Required
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology;
Arkansas SLP license;
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP); BLS. - Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
Preferred
- Experience with adult neuro, pediatrics, or acute care; comfort with EHR/EMR.
