Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business or equivalent work experience plus seven (7) years’ relevant experience in project and operational leadership, which includes experience evaluating, planning and implementing operational changes and/or improvements
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with all levels within the organization
- Strong leadership skills
- Demonstrated ability to create, prepare and present at an Executive level
- Ability to effectively lead project teams, provide direction, guidance plus mentorship, as needed
- Ability to develop and maintain relationships throughout the organization
- Experience and ability to use Microsoft Office Software, including but not limited to:
Word, Excel, PowerPoint and other applicable computer system/programs - Strong communication skills (written, verbal and visual)
Must be able to travel as needed. Must be available during various shifts to support as needed. This position will be domiciled at a Fed Ex Freight location in Harrison, AR, Tampa, FL, or Memphis, TN. You will be required to work at a Fed Ex Freight location several times per week.
Position OverviewProvide expertise and leadership through the planning and execution of various special projects to include the development and communication of strategy and analysis of overall Revenue Quality performance. Plan, organize and coordinate multiple high-level initiatives concurrently and provide guidance through the application of process management, project leadership and analytical techniques.
