Feeder Operator

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing, is seeking a Feeder Operator to join their team. As a Feeder Operator, you will be part of the manufacturing department supporting production and quality assurance teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

** What's the Job?*
* + Perform quality checks on products during production shifts

+ Band pallets and sort cartons based on quality and layout

+ Feed materials into machines such as gluers and case sealers

+ Identify and quickly address defects or issues in the production process

+ Maintain a clean and safe work environment following safety and 5S standards

** What's Needed?*
* + Basic math skills and ability to read a ruler

+ High school diploma or equivalent

+ Ability to obtain a forklift license

+ Strong attention to detail and ability to stand for extended periods

+ Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions
