Role Overview

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) performs both administrative and clinical duties in a healthcare setting.

• Handle administrative tasks such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, and data entry in medical records.
• Conduct clinical duties including measuring vital signs, collecting patient demographics and medical information, reviewing medication lists, preparing patients for examinations, cleaning rooms and equipment, and stocking supplies.
• Administer medications as ordered by the physician.
• Perform specific competencies as directed by the department.

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
• Current Practical Nurse license active in Arkansas.
• Preferred: IV certification in Arkansas and previous outpatient or ambulatory clinic experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Proficient in computer skills.
