Compensation
Hourly Wage: $14 - $27 per hour. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. Premiums ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may be paid based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location.

Job OverviewHealth and beauty associate focuses on customer care and creative merchandising. Responsibilities include moving incoming merchandise to the sales floor and creating seasonal display features to meet customer needs.
