Job Description

Responsible for all tasks during shift including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, customer relations, staffing, paperwork, food management, schedule adherence, image, customer service, attendance, store cleanliness, marketing, and profitability.

• Operate all equipment.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk‑in cooler.
• Prepare product.
• Receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
• Make correct monetary change.
• Answer and process orders over phone and in person.
• Enter orders using computer keyboard or touchscreen.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Basic arithmetic skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands for food preparation.
• Ability to use computer keyboard or touchscreen.
• Background communication skills: written and verbal with customers and co‑workers.
• Valid driver’s license with safe driving record and access to an insured delivery vehicle.

• Stooping and bending – forward bending at the waist necessary at pizza assembly station; forward bending also at front counter and when stocking ingredients; duration 30‑45 seconds at a time, repeated continuously.
• Crouching/Squatting – performed occasionally to stock shelves and clean low areas.
• Reaching – continuously up, down and forward; reach above 72 inches occasionally to turn oven controls and change sign prices; reach down for tasks such as scooping cornmeal or washing dishes; reach forward to obtain topping ingredients, clean work surfaces, or answer phones.
• Hand Tasks – eye‑hand coordination essential, use of hands continuous; shaping pizza dough requires frequent and forceful use of forearms and wrists.
• Carrying – means bulk product deliveries up to 50 pounds; lift cases onto shelves up to 72 inches high; carry large cans, pizza sauce (30 pounds), and trays of pizza dough (approx. 12 pounds per tray) over short distances.
• Pushing – move trays on dollies (stack of trays 24‑30), up to 7.5 pounds of force required.
• Climbing – infrequently navigate stairs or climb ladder; during delivery, may require navigation of five or more flights of stairs.
• Walking – short distances for stocking; longer distances between store and vehicle and to customer locations; walking while carrying loads.

• Exterior work may expose to adverse weather conditions when removing trash and performing other outside tasks.
• In‑store temperatures range from 36°F in cooler to 90°F and above in some work areas.
• Sudden changes in temperature in work area and while outside.
• Fumes from food odors, exposure to cornmeal dust.
• Hot surfaces/tools from oven up to 500°F or higher; sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.

• Deliver product by car to customer location.
• Deliver flyers and door hangers.

• Navigate delivery area, including multi‑story buildings, private homes, and adverse terrain.
• Identify and locate addresses within designated delivery area.
