Job Description

Part Time Nabisco Merchandiser. Work closely with the sales representative to optimize product visibility, create promotional displays, and maintain store shelves. Deliver an enthusiastic brand experience and support seasonal sales initiatives.

• Represent Mondelēz to in‑store employees and collaborate with the sales team.
• Conduct in‑store visits following Mondelēz DSD Merchandising Steps and capture photos of displays.
• Ensure Nabisco brands (Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, etc.) are fully stocked and displayed per company guidelines.
• Verify that negotiated store plans are followed and report any issues to management.
• Adhere to the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager.
• Support seasonal sales, new product launches, and promotional displays.
• Exhibit a positive, professional attitude while representing Mondelēz in store.

• Minimum 18 years old with a valid state driver’s license.
• Self‑motivated, professional, and able to work independently.
• Willing to drive a personal vehicle to store locations (mileage reimbursed).
• Comfortable downloading and using work applications on a personal device.
• Physical ability to lift, bend, and carry up to 25 lbs.; occasionally push or pull items up to 50 lbs.
• Prior retail or grocery experience is a plus.
• Live within 25 miles of the Branson, MO location (Harrison, AR as a secondary site).
• Availability Friday through Tuesday, 7 a.m., with ~30–32 hours per week.

• Hourly rate $14.00–$15.00, based on experience.
