The LTL Services Representative receives, audits and processes LTL carrier invoices that will result in an accurate invoice to our customer.

As part of the audit process, the Representative will:
* Contact carrier when invoices are not received
* Match invoices to shipments when reference number is missing on carrier invoice
* Upload documents including Bill of Lading, Proof of Delivery, and Inspection Certificates
* Audit, dispute and resolve LTL carrier invoices
* Other duties or responsibilities as assigned Requirements
* Must be able to work in a fast paced, multi-tasked environment
* Skilled in both verbal and written communication
* Strong computer skills
* Ability to work in a team environment
* Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook
* Customer first mentality
* Customer service experience
* LTL invoicing audit experience preferred
* LTL experience preferred
