Part-Time Box Office Representative

Red Bull New York ( RBNY ) are one of 30 teams in Major League Soccer (MLS) and one of the league’s ten original charter clubs. Founded in 1996, RBNY has competed in MLS since its inception. RBNY’s First Team plays its home matches at Sports Illustrated Stadium in Harrison, New Jersey and its Second Team plays its home matches at Montclair State University.

RBNY are owned by the Austrian beverage company Red Bull GmbH, after which the team is named.

RBNY’s First Team is a three-time MLS Supporters’ Shield winner and a two-time Conference Champion, while the Second Team is the 2025 MLS NEXT Pro Champion. RBNY also operates one of the nation’s premier youth soccer development programs, spanning local partnerships across New York and New Jersey. RBNY’s Academy is ranked among the top development organizations in the country.

As a member of our box office staff, you will have the power to take the general public's experience at Sports Illustrated Stadium to the next level. This is a part-time position working event days at Sports Illustrated Stadium in Harrison, NJ.

• Use of SI Tickets ticketing system to sell tickets and provide customer service
• Accept and apply payments to relevant orders and distribute proper change
• Assist customers at the box office, customer service and ticket sales windows, and resolve any problems
• Answer questions regarding events, tickets, and schedules
• Maintain a secure working environment for cash and tickets
• Other tasks as assigned

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older
• Prior cash handling and customer service experience; comfortable counting money and making change
• Guest‑centric, quality service attitude
• Availability on nights, weekends, and holidays
• Committed to work 85-90% of the 2026 Season Home Schedule () and any additional matches/events held at Sports Illustrated Stadium and Montclair State University
• Bilingual in Spanish and experience with various ticketing platforms a PLUS!

Because of the cyclical nature of the entertainment industry, your assigned hours may vary to reflect our needs (includes nights and weekends). The hourly rate for this position is $16/ hour. The hourly rate is subject to change and may be modified.
