• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy
• Follow BCBA-designed treatment plans
• Record accurate behavioral data
• Support development of communication, daily living, and social skills
• Maintain professional communication with families and supervisors

• Strong reliability and communication skills
  
  Patience, professionalism, and a commitment to learning
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Reliable transportation
• Prior ABA experience or experience working with children on the Autism spectrum

• Sessions occur in the client’s home or community
• Part-time position
• Minimum 6-month commitment
• Encouraged to complete the 40‑hour RBT course
